About Us

The Carbon Valley Active Adults and Community Center offers a variety of social, fitness, educational, recreational, wellness, and cultural opportunities for adults age 55 and better. From interesting day trips to educational talks and seminars to sizzling special events, we’re here to help you live your best life. Drop in anytime during business hours to check out the facility and see how you can get connected with older adults in the area. Ongoing programs and activities include:

Christmas Eve Group Fitness Schedule

All Levels Yoga | 7:45 am 

Zumba Gold | 9 am

Tai Chi | 1:30 pm

Classe will be held at the Carbon Valley Community Center located at 151 Grant Ave, Firestone

All other group fitness classes are cancelled December 24
