Congratulations to Michael Lee, our January Fitness Patron of the Month!

Hello, My name is Michael Lee. I was born and raised here in Colorado. I grew up in Southeast Denver near Cherry Creek Reservoir, and spent the greater part of my life there. I migrated north and I now am a member of the community of Firestone, CO.

I retired from the Transportation and Heavy Highway Road Construction industry a couple of years ago, after working for most of my years with a company based in Golden, CO.

I have always had an affinity for and enjoyed the pursuit of fitness, and in the course of years of workouts, I have been on many journeys. My wife, son and I are former owners of a CrossFit gym located in Thornton, CO. The gym was a wonderful asset to my life, as well as an asset to our community. Being an owner of a fitness facility made me realize just how important fitness is for not only for the body, but also for the soul. I am thankful for the day that I joined Carbon Valley, which is another amazing fitness community, getting healthy and enjoying the camaraderie of the great people here.

My wife and I are the proud parents of fantastic three boys. They have blessed us with three beautiful, bright and rambunctious grandchildren, soon to be four.
