1. What is the difference between District and Non-District?

District residents pay taxes to the Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District. Non-District residents do not. Just because you live in Frederick, Firestone, or Dacono does not mean you pay taxes to the District. To find out if you are in-District, go to the Weld County Portal and search using your last name. Click on your information, then "Taxing Districts." If you see "Carbon Valley Park and Recreation District" in the list then you are considered in-District. If not, then you do not pay taxes to the District and are not in-District.

2. Can I use a P.O. box to receive District rates?

No. You must use a physical address to receive District rates.

3. I can't add my kids to my family in my online household. What do I do?

4. I am locked out of my online account, what do I do?

Please call (303) 833-3660 x 4 and speak to a guest services representative who can unlock it for you.

5. What fitness classes are included with membership/punch pass?

All drop-in classes are included with any of our passes or drop-in admission.            

6. Can I take float in the pool?

Only coast guard approved life jackets and inflatable balls are allowed in the pool. Anything that you float on is not allowed.

7. When is open swim?
