Yoga in the Park - FREE

Crist Park, 105 5th St., Frederick
Strengthen your body and mind with FREE Yoga in the Park. Join us the last Friday of the month from May - October to enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes with practicing yoga outdoors. Bring a yoga mat and some water and don't forget to wear sunscreen. If you don't have a mat, a few will be available to borrow. Come early or stay late to enjoy Finale Fridays and Frederick Market -

Women’s Weight Training

Gain confidence and transform your mind and body while learning how to lift free weights and use circuit equipment with the proper technique. Strength training not only enhances muscle tone but also boosts metabolism, speeds up fat burning, and reduces injury risk. Age: 15+

Having trouble finding time to focus on fitness with your little one in tow? Bring your baby with you to Baby Boot Camp! This specialized program will provide a great strength and cardio workout that is safe for everyone, including new moms. Plus, your baby will have an enjoyable time bonding time with you. Zumba®  Glow Party

12 Days of Fitness Challenge
Keeping up with your exercise routine during the holidays is difficult. Stay motivated and win prizes by completing the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge. All you need to do is attend any 12 group fitness classes between December 2 - 14. Must attend 12 classes, no exceptions.
