Junior Trainers

The Junior Trainers program teaches youth how to use weight and cardio room equipment, proper weight room etiquette, and basic human anatomy by one of our certified personal trainers. Participation in class is required for access to the weight and cardio rooms with adult supervision. A parent must attend class children ages 11-12.  Age: 11 - 14
