There are no additional fees for any of our aqua fitness classes. All group fitness classes are included with recreation center admission or membership.
Water shoes are recommended for all river classes.
All aqua fitness classes require a number card and are first come first served up to 90 minutes before class. Please obtain card from guest services.

Get your heart pumping during this moderate-intensity full-body workout. Class includes both cardio and muscle conditioning segments using a variety of equipment followed by active stretching. Limit 16. Lap pool.

DEEP WATER AQUA TONE*
Uses belts and noodles for support in deep water. Exercises will challenge the core without stress on the joints. Comfort in deep water is encouraged. Limit 10. Lap pool.
A fast-paced river class designed to challenge and condition the entire body. Limit 10. River.
Utilizes resistance with tools, aerobic intervals and active recovery providing a great calorie burning workout. Limit 10. River.
