Glow Cycling Class!

Join us for Glow Cycling classes! Wear your bright colors and work extra hard with the lights down and black lights on, no one will see your sweat! Grab a cycling participation card from Guest Services to save your spot in class. Included with membership or drop-in fee.

Come join us for a fun, modified Zumba® class designed for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Easy to follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Make a Splash at Our New BOGAFIT Class

BOGAFIT is an innovative aqua fitness program that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination on the BOGA fitmat in the pool. It's a high-intensity workout with low-intensity impact on your body. 

What should I wear to class? 
Normal activewear or swimsuits are appropriate. Wear what you feel comfortable in. Most of the class takes place on the BOGA fitmat above water but you will need to get into the water to get on the boards and there's always the chance that you might take a dip. Keep in mind, chlorine can fade and weaken fabric so don't wear your favorite or most expensive fitness attire. No shoes or flip flops are permitted on the fitmats. Bring a towel and water bottle. 

How do I sign up? 
Because only six boards are available, registration is required. You may register up to one week in advance by clicking here and searching for "BOGAFIT" or by calling 303-833-3660. 

Is there a fee for the class? 
Classes are included with rec center drop-in admission or membership passes.

Keeping up with your exercise routine during the holidays is difficult. Stay motivated and win prizes by completing the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge. Kick-start your metabolism through a series of short, high-intensity intervals. Don’t like being in the seat for an hour? You’ve found the right class. Short, but intense. For all fitness levels.

Alignment based Hatha yoga is a slower paced perfect for beginners to advanced and will take you through standing and seated Asanas; while introducing students to backbends and inversions. Designed to calm your mind, body and spirit. Modifications are offered to make the class accessible to all levels of practitioners.

A Vinyasa-style class, synchronizing breath with movement. This class builds balance, strength, tones the mind and body and leaves you feeling invigorated. Focuses on alignment and safety, with modifications for advanced poses, inversions and arm balances. Expect to build heat through breath, sweat, twisting and balance. Great for beginners and challenging enough for experienced yogis.

Les Mills cutting edge Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. 

Speed up your workout using intervals and circuits for a fast-paced, high intensity 60 minute class. Designed to increase athletic performance, strength and stamina. 

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with non-impact choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. 

New to SilverSneakers or exercising? This is a great place to start! Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
