Fitness: What classes are included in my membership/punch pass?
All drop-in classes are included with any of our passes or drop-in admission.
Fitness: How old must a child be to attend a group fitness class?
Youth ages 12-14 can attend with a parent/guardian, and any one 15 or older can attend any class on their own. This applies to all of our land and aquatic fitness classes.
Fitness: How old must a child be to use the cardio and/or weight equitpment?
Youth ages 13-14 must attend and successfully complete our Junior Trainers program to use the weight and cardio area with the supervision of a parent/guardian. Youth 15 years and older can use both areas on their own.
Aquatics: How old must a child be to use the pool unattended?
Children 7 - 9 years old who pass a swim test may be in the pool as long as a responsible person 14 years or older is in the facility. Any child under the age of 7 must be within arm's reach of someone 14 years or older unless they pass a swim test. Children under 48" tall are not allowed on the big red slide or rope swing unless they pass a swim test. Anyone 13 years or under must pass a swim test to be in the deep end.

Aquatics: How do I request a pool reservation or rental?
You can request a reservation online by going to our Pool Reservation page, or contact our Aquatics Coordinator, Melissa Porterfield at (303) 833-3660 ext. 120 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Aquatics: What times are open swim and lap swim?
Please visit http://www.cvprd.com/2166/Aquatics for detailed times of open and lap swim, as these change seasonally. Generally there are 1-2 lap lanes open during normal business hours unless otherwise noted on our pool schedule. There is no open swim during swim lesson times, and some areas of the pool may close periodically for other aquatic programming.
Fitness: Where can I find the group fitness class schedule?

Fitness: How do I set-up a personal training session?
