12 Days of Fitness Challenge
Keeping up with your exercise routine during the holidays is difficult. Stay motivated and win prizes by completing the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge. All you need to do is attend any 12 group fitness classes between December 2 - 14. Must attend 12 classes, no exceptions. New Year's Boot Camp Challenge
This kick-butt challenge combines cardio, strength and muscular endurance training to help you lose body fat, improve strength and endurance and enhance your functional fitness. Must complete all six sessions for challenge prizes.
