New Year's Boot Camp Challenge
Saturday, January 11 - February 15
This kick-butt challenge combines cardio, strength and muscular endurance training to help you lose body fat, improve strength and endurance and enhance your functional fitness. Must complete all six sessions for challenge prizes.
