CVPRD group fitness classes are included with passes, punch cards, or daily admission. There are no additional costs.
| 30/30 CYCLE POWER
|30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of strength training off the bike. A perfect combination of cardio and strength.
| 30 MINUTE H.I.I.T
|This High-Intensity Interval Training class concentrates on short bursts of intervals to provide improved athletic capacity, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
| 30 MINUTE H.I.I.T CYCLING
|Kick-start your metabolism through a series of short, high-intensity intervals. Don’t like being in the seat for an hour? You’ve found the right class. Short, but intense. For all fitness levels.
|Alignment-based Hatha yoga. This class will take you through standing and seated Asanas; while introducing backbends and inversions. Modifications are offered to make the class accessible to all levels of practitioners.|
