During the pandemic, capacity is limited to six kids and two staff members.
Fees (Per Child, Per Reservation)
Drop-in Admission: $3 District, $3.75 non-District
The drop-in fee covers the entire reservation time. Punch passes will still be accepted and two punches will be used per reservation. Punch passes are not being sold at this time.
Check In and Out
Kids will be checked in and out by a card system. When kids are checked in, the parent will give staff either a membership card or a driver’s license. The card/license will be used to identify the child when their parent’s pick them up. Staff is responsible for safely storing the cards. At checkout, staff will ask the parent for their name and the name of their child so they can locate the correct card. Staff will ask parents to pull down their mask to reference with the photo on their card.
Temperature and Symptoms Checks
Due to staff being in close contact with the kids, we are requiring a temperature check and will ask if they have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone who tested postive before they enter KidZone. Staff are also required to do temperature and symptom checks before they start their shift.
Children are not allowed to bring any belongings with them other than a jacket. Jackets will be stored in a cubby and cubbies will be disinfected after each use.
With the weather changing, staff will not take children outside so they won’t have to handle putting a jacket on and off of them.
No-Shows and Cancellations
No-shows will be charged a drop-in fee. All cancellations need to happen two hours in prior to the reservation or it will be considered a no-show and a drop-in fee will be charged. If three no shows occur, the patron will be suspended from making future reservations.
