NEW CLASSES AND CLASS UPDATES

Piyo Now On Mondays from  5 - 5:45 pm 
Make a power move, experience a PiYo class! PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout. For more information call 303-833-3660 x 114.

Women's Weight Training
This three-week weight lifting class is designed to teach women how to lift free weights with proper technique and gain confidence to help transform their minds and bodies.  Strength training is finally getting the attention it deserves as a beneficial, safe and effective exercise for women.  After years of misinformation, women are learning that strength training not only enhances muscle tone but also boosts metabolism, speeds up fat burning and reduces risk.  Age: 15+

Summer 10K Training Group
Our Summer 10K Training Group features an 8 week training plan that combines speed, endurance, and recovery to get you ready to tackle a 10K. All fitness levels are welcome but participants should be able to walk/run a 5K which is the program's starting distance. Group coaching includes a training plan, nutritional tips, and guidance. Age: 15+
