Get moving and feel great! The Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District offers a variety of group fitness classes throughout the day and evening. With so many options, there's sure to be something for everyone. All group fitness classes are included with membership or general admission.

12 Days of Fitness Challenge
Keeping up with your exercise routine during the holidays is difficult. Stay motivated and win prizes by completing the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge. All you have to do is attend any 12 group fitness classes between December 3-15. Ask your fitness instructor for more details or email

Hey cyclists! In Colorado’s changing weather some days you can ride outside and some days you can’t. Take your cycling indoors at our Cold Weather Cycling class.
Friday, January 11–March 22 5:35-6:35 am

Lose fat, improve strength and endurance, and enhance your functional fitness during this 6-week, kick-butt challenge that combines cardio, strength training, and muscular endurance training. A body fat test is included prior to the start of the program and at the completion of the challenge. Participants will
