Class updates

Friday's 8:00 am Balance and Flow Yoga class has been cancelled.

New cycling class on Mondays at 5:45 pm. This 30 minute H.I.I.T format on the bike will challenge beginners to advanced!

NEW BODYPUMP┬« Monday's at 6:30 pm. 45 minute format.

Saturday Yoga!

Align n Flow Yoga starts at 8:30 am.

New aquatics classes, including a Saturday Pre-Natal class. Check fitness schedule for updates.
